I (Pawan Sharma) loss my mobile with simcard and immediate close my all services like incoming / outgoing calls etc thru customer care. My mobile no. is 8826955166 and now I received new sim thru courier and I informed to customer care that new sim received thru courier and pls start my all services. they give me request no. 68960092 and told within 24 hours started your service. Now (22.04.2016) time 11.27am they again told same thing wait for 24 hours. So pls help me and inform me how many days or hours to activate my sim.
