Hi,This is Anitha, I’ve Subscribed for the net pack Last Friday. The balance Of Rupees 44 Has been deducted and I’ve also received the message but I haven’t got my Data Balance yet.. I’ve also tried to connect with the customer care help line for three to four days.. They said there are some Network problems and stuffs… They told me to switch off my phone and on it once again. I tried doing everything but still didn’t get it. it’s been a week..The customer service is Not worth a wait.. Am not getting a proper solution to it and I’ve been redirected several times.. I still didn’t get my net balance.. I want my balance to be refunded now..!!
