Provide Duplicate Product

I had Purchase of Samsung EVO 16gb Memory Card(Class 10) from Online Trading site “BOOKTHECART.COM” on dated 29th March 2016. but whenever i used same memory card in my mobile it’s not working. so,i contact to samsung care for replacement then memory card check by them and they found and tell me that is Duplicate memory card not samsung’s so that, we can’t liable to replace it.because of after i demand replacement 3 times from “BOOKTHECART.COM’s” via Product Replacement/Refund Facility on dated 7th april 2016,8th April 2016 and 11th April 2016 respectively and i received from mail that tell me mssg”We have received your request to return the product below. Our delivery staff will pickup the item within the next 5 – 7 days. After the return is picked-up and processed, you will receive store credits for the value of the item paid by you.Our shipping vendor will call you registered phone no, 9726171619. within the next 24-48 hours for scheduling of the pickup of your return.” but till date i can’t received any follow by them and also their contact no. is switch off.
