On 04/05/2011,I bought As242usdxxtl model no. AC split ac with a model no. As242usdnxtl split I made this purchase at samsung plaza 46 A/1 Elgin Road Civil Lines Allahabad 04/05/2011 .
Unfortunately ,your product has not performed well or service was inadequate because the sale of product was deffected and so company services center had not taken any responsiblity ,the behavior of service center was aways like they are doing for free service (without money) it was very harsh and rude behavior towards me. As they always send after so many calls and pleasing for the repair of the product but their hardly no response because after two days air conditioner always has the gas leakage problem since first of purchase ,even the service center people knew it was manufacturing defect but they have never said in written and never except their mistakes which had cost me a lot financial losses each summer.
To Resolve this problem,I would appreciate either change my air conditioner so that since 2011 to 2016 the harassment i have gone through mentally toucher in this year’s was worst experience with Samsung,in my house all products we use from Samsung only but air conditioner disappointed.
