To whomsoever it may concern,
I am explaining here the worst ever experience I ever had with any after sale service provider VOLTAS (specifically AC)
CHAPTER 1
1) I relocated hence requested Voltas guys to come and reinstall request no is 16032704932
2) Before installation the guys checked and confirmed that AC is working, everything is fine and the cooling gas is there
3) During installation, the guys did such a pathetic drilling (almost broke the wall to do a hole, which was actually not required since builder already made an hole) – Photo attached
4) While installation, the guys said that they cant use old pipes and it should be minimum 2 mt so they rejected the old pipes and used new one
5) After installation, the guys checked the leakage of gas with soap foam and found that there is no gas leakage.
6) The installation was really improper, specifically the indoor unit. Which was away from wall and slightly bent (pic attached)
7) After the installation when the guys started the unit, the indoor motor dint start but the swing was working. The compressor was also working and they confirmed that whatever cooling is coming is because of compressor and gas is there.
8) The guys said that I need to call the customer care again and they will send the technician who will rectify the problem immediately without any additional cost.

CHAPTER 2
1) I tried customer care and was connected with some Siddhivinayak Enterprise (Mr. Adil 09811581489, 09205183020)
2) Adil sent his technician who straight away told me that the installation is improper and needs to be redone and it will cost extra. When I denied to pay, he asked me to get it done through the earlier guys and went away. To my surprise they all are individuals not Voltas guys. He also said that after proper installation, the indoor will start working.
3) When I pushed Adil that I dont know individuals, I know only Voltas and requested him to resolve the issue immediately. He sent another technician.
4) This Technician had another story that there is no gas in the AC and indoor Fan motor needs to be inspected.
5) When I said that earlier guys have confirmed that there was gas and they even checked the leakages. He also said to get in touch with earlier guys as if they all are different. He tried to adjust the indoor to reduce the bends.
6) When I asked Adil to send me formal email that he can not rectify it, he denied to send me one.
Its been 3 weeks now and i am at 0 position even after paying my hard 3000 INR.
Looking at such poor after sale services, I think Why did I bought a new Voltas Split AC in February just before this all incident.
Please get it rectify immediately if you guys really care for the consumers. Else I would personally like to take it further.
