I booked Hotel Raj Sheronz Online through YATRA.COM website on 10.04.2016 & online payment of RS.1024.00 was deducted from my HDFC bank account against this but, after payment deduction the website of YATRA.COM was hanged and caption was showing heavy load on servers. Till date I didn’t received any REFUND or confirmation about my hotel booking for wich I have already paid to YATRA .COM
