Dear team,
i was using american express credit card from last 3 years.i was made all payment on time.but past 3 moth i suffer from critical financial issue.and was unable to made payment to american express.But in month of march i called same to customer care of american express and asked about same they told me your outstanding amount 20576.it include lots of charges and penalty i asked them to waive some charges like penalty they told me ok we arrange call back from our expert team they guide you.but its more than 1 month still i m not getting single call from them.again i called lots of time but still i a m not getting any confirmation from they regarding exact payment amount.i m ready to made the payment but from them they not ready to gave written confirmation,
Recently i applied for the loan but its rejected and they give me reason you card showing setteled in cibil.But from my side i never setteld accoount i m ready to make the payment but they not gave me confirm amount in written i already cancel my account but after that also they generate statment for my account.
I request you please check and confirm the same.

I called lots of time at customer care but they not ready to give me details even not ready to tell me mount pls reuest you look into this matter and take prompt action.i have recorded call and some mail which send to higher authority also.
