I ordered a birthday cake for my sisiter who is studying in National Institute of Design, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad from ‘http://www.indiaflowergiftshop .com by paying Rs.1159/- (LpY913). When enquired in customer care they were misbehaving and not ready to deliver the items or refund the money. I even was ready to go and collect the items ordered but that also they refused. The person in customer care said rudely that he cannot deliver the item and will not refund the money too. Kindly help me in getting back my money.
As I believe in Indian judiciary and I think that it should not happen to any other customer. This kind of fraudulent websites should be blocked. So kindly take necessary actions as soon as possible.
