   On 14/05/2016 I received a call from Preventive Health Care company regarding health insurance.
   They somehow convinced me to buy their plan of Rs.10000 and promised to email all the service details to me.
   I made the payment through Credit Card. But i never received any confirmation from their side.They also took the details of family members to be covered in the plan.
   I cross checked with the hospitals they said they have had tie up’s, and I also called to their customer care that time and a female picked up the call but now nothing seemed true.
   They are not even receiving their customer care number. I believe this is a scam and the company is a total fraud.
