Fridge not working

My Godrej Fridge(in warranty) stopped cooling on 30th March 2016 so made a complaint through their call center and a technician visited on 31st march at my place. After investigating he said there is not any problem and my fridge will start working in next few hours and he left, taking the service charge of Rs.400 but that didn’t happened, so I called again to the service center and Godrej call center almost 3 times on the same day and whole full day on 1st April 2016 asking to send anyone once again to check the fridge again as it wasn’t working at all but NO-ONE came despite several assurance given from Call center and Service center and to my surprise and they have already closed the complaint without the customer satisfaction. Yesterday(3rd April) morning once again I called the service center pleading to send someone to check the problem so finally they sent the same service engineer, he came almost 3 hours after my several call. He checked the fridge and this time he said there is a gas leakage problem and he will send someone from service center to refill the gas but again same thing happened, I tried following up whole day with Service center and Customer care call center but no one came and only heard the same pre recorded ans from them “AAP Nischint rahen aapki poori sahayta ki jayege”. And too my surprise the technician didn’t even informed the service center about the actual issue till I called them and told.
They are just pathetic, total careless of customer problems. This is happening when my product is in warranty and the compressor has been changed in last December itself for the same reason with the same service center. I will never go with Godrej product and never suggest anyone to go with it as neither their product nor their service are up to standard.
