Hi,
After requesting for Airtel broadband, somebody came to my home and collected documents and cheque of Rs. 1000 from my wife on 29th march 2016
When I asked to call center [“18001030121”] on 01-04-2016 at 4PM about broadband installation they said, somebody will go and install today.
When I called up call center [“18001030121”] again on 01-04-2016 at 5PM for the same, answer was “Airtel broadband is not feasible at your area”. If that was the case why they collected document and cheque from me.
Why Airtel is refusing after booked a connection, if there are many connections already installed near to my home ?
I am fedup with the airtel, there services are available only for selected people and selected area, I concluded after facing such a rude behaviour.
