i have got shock wheni I have asked for CIBIL report after paying 500/- rupees and saw that its showing some default of Rs. 3257/- against the account number (RICP413895) .
If this much was the outstanding why not even a single follow up was done from bank side. no sms or call or email.
Pls. get this nullified and remove the same from my CIBIL report.

Aur maine sbi ghatampur ne jo contect no diya hai but koi bhi phone attend nahi kiya bank ka no hai 05115271272, 05115270096 & 05115340709 maine account tfr karne ke liye application kai baar de chuka hu lakin mera account tfr nahi kar rahe hai aur jab bhi branch maneger ko puchho to bolte hai bimar hai branch maneger to ka bhi office gata hi nahi hai bahut hi gyada carruption hai sir ho sake to meri problem solve karva dena to dusare ka problem solve ho sakata hai. I have not taken any credit card or loan from Phoenix ARC(ABN Amro) but in my cibil record it is showing as outstanding pl let me know inbody doing scam

CIBIL report saying outstanding of Rs.6400/- how come no credit card taken nor loan taken please advice to rectify the same
I got shocked when I get a message from HDFC bank that my credit card is rejected due to CIBIL score.And when i went to see my CIBIL I was wondered that I have an outstanding amount of Phoenix credit card which I never heard and took.
Due to this I am really frustrated and request all if you have time and knowledge to stop this type of harassment kindly do that.
