My Product cancelled without Intimation

Hi Team,

I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (White) with Order #403-3643108-1032346 this afternoon. I had called the amazon customer care as there was no delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation e mail i got from Amazon after i placed the order., the executive anyhow said that my order is confirmed and no need to worry, i would get the order delivered. But this evening a weird thing happened, without intimating me, the order is cancelled, this is purely a breach of Trust and i need an action to be taken against Amazon India and get my product delivered with 4999 rs. If Amazon claims that the coupon code was not given by it and it was a third party, then why it had to entertain that in the beginning. Please lodge this complaint and let me know what needs to be done. It is not only with me, but many of my friends also ordered and have faced similar issue.
