money deduction from account did not deliver the roduct

money deduct from my account (acc no -1046010324427,acc holder name -lakshmi das,united bank of india).i ordered saree from flipkart they dedudct the money ,but later i saw there is no confirmation mail about the order .so i contracted with their customer care they told first money will be returned .its happening for last 5 months (assuring of money return).but now they are saying it will not be returned.saree ammount was 315.the transaction done on 18.09.2015.transaction id showing in my savings account is 000000679691.
