ORDER # 402-5323790-9551556, I have returned the products but not received refund amount, I have contacted amazon costumer care more than ten times but not happy with the response, I have followed the procedure whatever amazon informed me to do, as they asked me to file a charge dispute with my Bank, i have done that and shared the Dispute charge ID with the amazon, then they asked me to send my bank account statement till date, I have done that too but no refund till now, its more than one and half month, I am doing the followup with amazon, every time I am getting the answer from them saying sorry for the inconvenience, we already informed to our billing team, your issue will get resolved in 2 to 3 business days. if I call after 3 business days they tell sorry sir now we have put your ticket on high priority, it will be get resolved in 24 hours, this is the dram happening with me from last one month but no refund has been made till now.
