Sir, I ordered 4 nos of alloy wheels on 25 February 2016 from Nagpur. .The shipping was done through GATI transport..The transport company e.i GATI promised 9 days delivery from Nagpur to Dimapur (nagaland) but it took nearly 20 days to reach me and that also I got only one package! The other package is still untraceable according to the GATI People..now it’s going to be a month and till now they don’t give appropriate answer about where the other package might be..Now What should I do for filling a case against them..the docket/ticket number for the shipping goods is. 439367458.
