Flipkart return service

I ordered a product named bachini boots on flipkart on march 02,2016 with the order id (od405379507491036000) and since I didn’t liked the fit i placed a return request the following day.. Nd the next day the boots were picked by a personnel from delhivery. As stated i waited for the refund but even after 16 days it shows a balance of rs.0 in my wallet! When i contacted the customer care they told me that shoes have not been returned yet and no return request was placed.. In proof of what i have the pickup receipt… Soo kindly see into the matter..
