we r a vip tata sky customer who pays annually for our 3 tata hd set top boxes . but since the last 1 month we r not receiving any tata tv signals and we have been calling customer centre everyday and lodging complaints everyady. once in 3 days their technician comes and does the tv good after charging us between 200-500 and immediately it goes bust when he leaves. again when we call him he says he has an off day and disconnects. again when we call customer care the agent hangs up after being very rude. no body is listening to our complaint even after paying more than 10000rs
