wrong deductions

i am using vodafone number for last two months only and these people have harrassed me so much.Whenever I switch on the internet,my money gets deducted and this has happened atleast 10 times.On some occasions they have deducted 75 Rs without my knowledge.Every time they deduct money I call them for claim and sometimes they refund it back.But this time they refused to refund and said that its more than 24 hrs that service has been activated.Its none of my fault as I never activated any of their services.They see who all customers have more balance and they deduct accordingly.They are cheating customers by some wrong and unfair deductions,and also harrass them by doing such activities repetitively.They have subjected me to mental stress by doing such things.
