I have had been using the mentioned connection for the past several years. For the last one & half years I was using this connection in roaming. My connection belonged to ROB/Bengal circle, which I was using in Orissa. But since a few months I was facing huge problems due to some of your network shiftings. I also had to pay huge amount of bills for the same, but never kept them pending. Thus, finally I opted to change my circle to Orissa to overcome those.
I have applied for the porting 07 days back & till now both my sims (the old one & new one received after porting) stands deactivated of it’s services, though I have rcvd the new sim 04 days back & also tele-verification has been done & it stands positive. I have called the customer care a lot no. of times but your representatives always gives me an excuse regarding system issues & asks me to call back. Also I got almost the same response from your store, where-in they were saying that the porting is not complete as my connection is still showing as in Bengal circle in iCare. I have no outstanding bills & I have also paid 07 days of monthly rental in advance to stay connected. But since the past 05 days I am totally out of service.
