NOT ACTIVATING PLAN OR NOT REFUNDING MONEY

Dear Sir,

I am very disappointed to tell you that,I am an a Idea Customer

I have using your service since one year in Delhi NCR, my number is 9130565030 and my Name is Amol Kundur,
Firstly, I want to tell you that, on 10/03/2016 afternoon, I recharged on same number 208 Rupees & instead of this you given me 20000 LOCAL & STD seconds as per your plan, which is mention on Idea website. after that recharged when I made call, My 6 rupees balance had deducted,
Secondly, Regarding the same, I called to the customer care to refund it back & also asked for above mention plan which is why not activated, so he told me this plan is not working in roaming then I told him why this is not mention in website and ask to refund 208 rupees back but he refused refund,

So, please Refund my Money back or Activate my plan ASAP,
