Not replace Head Phone

I am dinesh kumar sharma
i had purchase ‘YU Yuphoria YU5010’ mobile on 10-sept-2015 after one month head phone not work proper way i talk to help line ‘18602122122’ and
create complain no. but i have not receive any head phone, Help line operator told every time 48 hrs.

I requested to please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
