FAULTY MOBILE AND PATHATIC SERVICE

Name of company/service: SAMSUNG MOBILE

I have given my phone with serial # RPPSA22517J to Samsung service center in BTM Bangalore 2 months back for dead/no power issue on my new Samsung jet s8003 mobile phone which was less that month old which I mainly brought to check my business mail and to have internet access , The work order # is wa77681015231 and I was assured by the service Technician Ms Hema that the phone is submitted for commercial solution and I will be receiving the Refund of my Entire bill amount within a month.

Little that I knew that I will be given a run around for my money and that I have made a biggest mistake of my life by becoming a patron of Samsung product..

Till this day I have not received the refund or the status of the refund. Whenever I call the service centre I get the same response that the refund is approved and will receive a call within 10 days to collect the refund, I wonder how many such 10 days I have to wait until I get a positive response from you
. The Manager over there by name Prakash and Girish is on Medical leave for 2 months so they pass the buck to each other, I wish their speedy recovery if they are really unwell.

I am frustrated with the service what Samsung has to offer to its customer and I think I have brought a lemon and will not recommend any Samsung product to anyone.
When I purchased the machine from Samsung I expected a FUNCTIONING MOBILE not a PROBLEM.

I am extremely frustrated at this point and the only course I will take next
IF I DO NOT GET A MY REFUND I WILL HAVE TO TAKE A LEAGEL ACTION AND DRAG YOU TO CONSUMER COURT.
