aircel not able to provide 3G network in Bangalore

3G network not able to provide by Aircel
My aircel mobile number is 9066493026. I am using the sim for 3G network in Bangalore city. I am using the Huawei 3G dongle in my desktop computer.
When I am trying to connect the 3G network of aircel ( using the option WCDMA only), it will not be connected.
If I try 2G network option (using the option WCDMA preferable), it will connect to 2G network, and the speed will be around 50 to 70 Kbps. (This rate is for 2G speed).
I made repeated complaint to the customer care using 121 and through email. They are not bothered to solve the problem.
Instead they will reply through sms, the complaint is closed mentioning the reason “ANGRY CUSTOMER”.

We are buying 3G network pack ( cost is more than 2G pack) and they are providing only 2G network.

My genuine feeling is aircel is cheating the customers, they are providing only 2G speed network only. They are not willing to look into the genuine complaint of the customers.

Finally, I requested them to transfer the balance 3G plan money to talk time. They are not responding for that also.

Even though I lost money, this I want to bring to the public notice.
