Not getting Refund

This is an issue i had facing for last 3 weeks. i booked the Ticket from Air Asia to my family total of 3 tickets. Now the my family can’t come because of medical sickness and i tell to air line that i wanna cancel my ticket but they are not responding my refund.
I want my family to be here for visit on a special occasion and i am so upset that it is Very unprofessional way to deal with the one of the agent name journey cook company panchkula. They asked for money in urgent basis without give us any time and we still asking to change the date of return but they change the date without our permission and they change the date without our permission and they are asking money I don’t know what for. they book the ticket in a wrong name and it was it seems like making moneys as greedy staff . Still i have three ticket and now the agent give me a thread that he can cancel my all three ticket.Please do something about it. Now i have to cancel the tickets and want my refund and i already send 5-6 time E-forms provided by Air Asia websites. they air line want to waste the time till the flight date is over and I am requesting to do further about my complaint as unhappy customer, i want my money back before the date is coming of fly. My Ticket date is 16-03-2016 and return is 30th may 2016. flight number d7183, PNR nO.VKW93H. passenger name is Moti lal Rahi, Seema Rahi, Bela Devi.
