This is with reference to our above subject & we are getting continuous harassment from Bharti Airtel Ltd, Mumbai to release our Corporate Nos from their systems & no higher authority nodal officer taking care of our request to port out from their systems.
As per their instructions we cleared all our outstanding payments till 24.2.2016.
We have send 1st email on dtd.19.2.2016 to release our Corporate Nos from Airtel System. We got details there is an outstanding payment of Rs.24195/- so we have done Cash payment 22.2.2016. We got reply from Ramashankar Yadav
Service Specialist saying that there is still outstanding payment of Rs.10,398.24/-.
We have made cash payment of Rs.10,398/- on dtd.24.2.2016 & it got updated in the Airtel System also, Again we came to know that 0.24 is still outstanding showing so we made cash payment on dtd.25.2.2016 of Rs.10/- & its updated in Airtel system. But still they are not releasing our Corporate Nos from their system still its showing payment outstanding. It’s getting rejected from Airtel due to outstanding payment several times.
Earlier due to payment outstanding we were getting reply from Service Specialist but on dtd.24.2.16 we have send several emails to [email protected] & [email protected] but no reply to any of our emails. We are getting harassment from Airtel, as per their instruction we did all such payments then why they are harassing to release our Corporate Nos from system where there is no outstanding payment is pending & even we are not getting any confirmation email from them to release our Nos.
We are not getting any reply or response from Authorities on our request so we are requesting you to kindly help us in this matter & release the below mentioned numbers from Airtel system.
