Cheating in Billing

Hi,
I have paid the bill for next 8 months (Feb Month + 6 months plan + 1 month free). But the company is claiming that I have to pay after 6 months again. They have changed the plan in the mid of month and not providing service for current month (Feb 2016). I have mailed them multiple times but there is no proper response from them. They are cheating customers by collecting more money for less service
