Still awaiting connection

As an old and loyal customer of Airtel (Our mobile number, broadband, DTH all have always been Airtel), when I came back to Mumbai after 2 years from Australia. I contacted Airtel again for a broadband connection.
The lady on the phone informed me that an executive will reach my residence at 5PM the same day to collect required documents. I waited for the executive for 3 days and eventually out of frustration cancelled my request.

Then, I contacted the Airtel Gallery at Lokhandwala, Andheri West hoping they may have some advice or alternative. Mr Arvind, who took my call informed that because the local cable operators usually disconnect Airtel’s cables in our area, they usually don’t bother with requests. However, he sent Mr Amit Mishra to install a 4g home WiFi. Mr Mishra collected my documents and took a cheque of Rupees 5141 (two months advance rental + instrument + taxes). He informed that verification and activation would be done by 10 PM same night.

It has been 3 days again since the documents were collected and payment was made and verification was done, yet my net connection has not been activated.

I have constantly been calling Mr Mishra, Airtel Gallery and Airtel verification department, however, to no avail.

I have been cheated and harrassed by Airtel for a week now. I would like an instant refund as I no longer wish to deal with idiots.
