I had purchased 10 nos of Hi Fi ceiling fan regulators. After some time i realise the company as well as shop keeper has committed cheat with me because the fan regulators are worst and it was not working and most of my ceiling fans had burn because of this. I was contacted with dealer who at the time of selling assured me 25 years of guarantee of this product but he forbade me to give any help. Now i am hopeless because i had spend approx more than three thousand rupees on Hi Fi ceiling fan regulators but this product is useless for me. Plz suggest me how can i get my money or replace these fan regulators from Hi Fi electrical. I was trying to search Hi Fi office/ website but i could not get the same. Plz help me.
