This is Haritha and I’m holding a postpaid INTERNET connection with act fibre net since long. They have suspended my services on 11th Feb 2016 because there was delay in payment by one day. I have called them on 11th of Feb 2016 and informed them that I’ll be paying the bill by the end of the as I’m traveling and busy. But they have suspended the the services on the same day morning and I’m not able to make the payment because I make all the payment’s online. Request you to look into the issue.
