I brought furnitures for more than ₹2lakhs from Estillo Lifestyle Furniture(Outpace furnitures pvt ltd) of address 193,N.S.C Bose Road,Kolkata-700040 in January,2016 and after they went by installing furnitures I found some defects.Given several calls and lodging complaints,I was as usual deprived of after sell service which company promised.During my first complaint,they didn’t provide me any docet number so again called them up to get one and they said they will send a person after 7 days prior the calling date.Today is the 9th day and when again I called to ask the reason for not sending anyone,they promised to call be back after half and hour and its almost 2 hours I didn’t get a single call.So I tried to call them back but number found busy even after giving 4 consecutive calls.
