‘Deficiency of Service’

Myself Mr. Nikunj shetye bought the Motorola handset (model no. Moto G 2nd Gen) as on 5 Dec 2014 with
having guarantee and warranties of 12 month respectively.case ID 151211018231.

It functions very well and after 11 months it just get problem in motherboard issue so as per the
Company terms and conditions we contacted to service center based in Navi Mumbai Vashi and give it for
repairing purpose. As per the given commitments date by your franchise holder failed to give my handset
after three months after continues follow up with them.

Considering to your goodwill in the market, I never expect this types of services from you and your
franchise holder. We kind request you to provide us the my handset by solving its defects or provide
us new handset of the same model within week time, failing to which, we have to take help Consumer
court to filed case under ‘Deficiency of Service’ under Consumer Protection Act 1986.

I hope you help us in this case, so we sort out the case in mutual consents.
