Hi, I’m using 3G Vodafone Data Card for a postpaid plan. I’m being billed for something which I never downloaded. When I called customer support they stated it is VVIDIA Pack and charged me Rs. 49 per week…close to Rs. 150 was billed more.
If it was activated by mistake, you need to send a reminder that we have activated so and so pack. You remain silent, you don’t know what it is but have the option to deactivate it when complained. Will u charge me extra if i ever notice it.
