Supply of faulty colour shed

Sir,
I have purchased a an Apex ultima exterior color from Shreenathji paints, Navsari which is an older asian paints dealer in navsari, but it was found vary from it’s shedcard provided by Asian paints. So I, have contacted to company 3 times to solve my problem and replace this faulty paints. but, they donot response me and its technical person replied that it is dealer’s fault, so cant compensate and dealer replied that it is companie’s machine’s fault so we cant replace it. so pl help me in this matter.
