I worked with this company for sometime. They keep on hiring people and firing then within two to three months and put false allegations on everyone regarding data theft. And fire people Without any reasonwhich is illegal as per Labour law in India. Also they do not give any notice or advance salary before firing and do not even give salaries. They beg to employees to give them their previous company data and then say that this data belongs to global soft. The owner Manu handa has no sense of talking to people be it employee or clients, be it male or female. He keep on shouting all the time and play politics in his own company. There is no right to any employee to do anything by their own and if they try to then he thinks that the employee is trying to cheat him. Global soft technologies and Manu handa will ruin your career so never join them
