Refund of cancelled Plot No 278 in Rose Royale

Dear Sir,
I am Dinesh Yadav, i cancelled plot 278 in Rose Royale & submitted all document on 14 Sep 2015. They given me acknowledge me on 17 Nov 2015 but still i am not receive my refund excepts Rs 25436 on 31 Dec 2015 with deduction of 25% as per their Sale agreement. In their sale agreement they mentioned refund in 45 working days with 25% deduction. Still waiting for refund.
Kindly do the Needful ASAP.
