offered data not credited

I am ARPIT NIKUB from JODHPUR. my aircel no. is 7062085710. I recharged on morning of 3rd Feb. 2016 for INR 67 for data recharged. as per AIRCEL COMPANY’s message my a/c was credited with 1.17GB for 28 days but the offered data is not received by me only 900 mob for 10 days is credited. when I call to customer care they didn’t answer properly and disconnected my call and behav worst. I am dissetisfied with their behaviour. so plz take some for this matter and take fair discussion. I have recorded call of customer care representative and messages of company for offered data. plz take some action otherwise I sue. thank you waiting for your reply.
