Serious Billing Issue by marketing tricks.

Very serious issues I’m facing last 3 months from idea cellular on billing discrepancies.
My plan is initially No bill Shock Rs.249 on 4th of Jan your marketing team called me and suggested for Rs.999 plan I refused and he forced me to convince the Rs.399 plan so i converted from Rs.249 plan to Rs.399 postpaid plan.
As per this pro rata basis charges was applied and the bill comes for Rs.2517 which is not affordable to me.
And when i talk customer care person he’s telling internet charges was Rs.1783 as pro rata basis. And talking very rudely.
I never expected this will happen like that and before he convinced me also i ask him 3times about the billing and he never said anything to me.
Now I’m very much shocked after seeing the bill.
Because of the billing problem only i had using the no bill shock Rs.249 plan.
Now after your marketing tricks its like an grabbing a money from poor customer.
Please investigate my issue on high priority and i request please deduct that internet charges of Rs.1783 which is very hectic issue.
How can i pay please think about and please change my plan back to Rs.249 itself.
Please resolve this issue on very high priority.
