I have applied for new you broadband connection on 26th Dec 2015, also, I paid the amount of 2752Rs. including installation and 3-months connection charges. but till today my installation is not done.
I am calling your call center daily, but still no use. every time I got the answer that ‘our service advisor will call you in next 4 to 6 hours’ but till now I didn’t get a single call from your side. my complaints number is ‘2016012504759’. also, I requested to cancel my connection and refund my money but it’s also not happening. I am getting worst service from YOU BROADBAND.
I am trying to your sells person Mangesh Yadav (no. 9763006007) no he is not answering my phone at all.
Please let me know how to get this issue resolve.
I don’t want YOU BROADBAND connection now, I just want my money back.
