delay in phone service

I had given my phone on 9 oct 2015 for service at the service centre. I was assured that the phone will b corrected within 30 days.Now its more than 100 days and I hav nt yet received my phone.every time the company advisers and service centre just assures that it will come soon but it doesn’t. …immediate help requested
