Late Result no update

Hi I’m Srikanthgundepalli i wrote IELTS exam in British Council on 12-DEC-2015
till now i didn’t get result, they informed me result to my mobile on 19-JAN-2016 but they fail and apolarized me to send in 22-JAN-2016 also while searching for result exam date is not available in list box of official website .please judge this and support me for my further career.
