I booked a bus ticket from *paytm* (mumbai to indore) for 13 jan 2016 in *rajmandir bus* costing 600rs, the boarding point which i selected was malad east as it was the closest from my locality, to know the specific location in malad east i called the head office of *rajmandir* from where i was being told that my stop would be pushpa park, my repoting time was 6:10 and departure was 6:25 since the bus did not arrive till 6:15 i called the office again from where i got the bus driver’s number, i called the driver and told him that i was waiting for him at pushpa park bus stop,the driver told me that the bus won’t be stopping at pushpa park and i had to come to shantaram talao which is around 2.5 kms away,as i am new in the town i was not able to find this place in such a short notice and with heavy luggage, finally the driver told me that now i should come to andheri as he has left from shantaram talao too. Consequently, i booked a hotel for a night which again cost me around 2500rs and 2 way auto bill of 250rs and moreover destroyed my whole day.
