On 24/10/2015 I order for the product Electric Insect & Pest Control Machine item no 10542 and I received the same on 04/11/2015.As per the manual given inside the box pack the equipment was to be used 24*7 for 2 to 4 weeks. In between I was out of station for 15 days with my family but I left the equipment running. Now I am finding that mosquitoes, lizards ,flies & rats are as frequently visiting my house as they were visiting earlier.Now when I loddgged a complaint with the said company they are asking me carrier the product to their address & then they will replace me with a new one whereas my demand is that I don’t want this bogus product.I want my money refunded.Please help.
