I subscribed to Hathway Internet few months back and since day one I’ve been facing issues. First I faced issues with installation and then with speed and downtime. The connection did not work for many days and only after several complaints was it resolved. The problem however is reoccurring and nothing is being done by Hathway team to resolve it. I’ve been complaining directly to the nodal officer as customer service is poor, but even he can’t help. After several issues I insisted they increase my validity to make up for the lost days and it was provided to me. However during the grave period I would get several messages about renewal and calls which irritated me.
I recharged my Internet connection on 30th of December 2015 and the connection went bust on 31st night 2330 hrs. I wrote an email to the nodal officer and yet to receive a reply. Today again my Internet connection went bust and their call centers are not answering calls. I am loosing all hope to have decent Internet connection in the capital of the country and companies like hathway are not setting a good example.
