Nokia Mobile model name LUMIA535 purchased on 14.2.2015 was given/deposited with nokia service centre Jobsheet No.195433527/151218/004 dated 18.12.2015 for replacement of New one due to major fault but it is regretted to say that no action has been taken so far tilldate. I also want to know whether any timelimit has been fixed for repair/replacement of mobile as how can a customer can wait till lapse of 25 days .
