have applied for course BA. LLB on 02/07/2015 and paid application fees amounted Rs.600 in favor of MANIPAL UNIVERSITY JAIPUR. Online.
What happened during transaction.
While making payment on payment gateway I got a error transaction failed. Keeping this error in mind I again made payment this time it was successful.
After doing all this I checked my account balance I found my account was debited twice in favour of university.
As I always receive text SMS from bank of debited amount on mobile immediately but I didn’t received any text Regarding transaction I made that time I waited for some time for text.
As already mentioned On 4th of July I checked my account and found that my account has been debited twice in favor of MANIPAL UNIVERSITY JAIPUR. with total amount of Rs. 1200 for same application Number
Finally I went on complaining about the issue to bank and Manipal University both by calling, mailing them by every means it was possible I did it from side. But result was zero.
I request you to resolve my issue as soon as soon possible with compensation.
