IT is for MYNTRA, i have ordered 5 items with order no. 97535302 worth Rs. 5313.94 on 24 november 2015 & received on 28 november,by following their return policy of non washed,undamaged and attached price tags within 30 days replacement, i have shipped 4 items on 30 nov.2015 worth Rs. 4372.12 with the reutrn id’s 10395890, 10395691, 10395611 and 10401501. through DTDC courier with the same tracking id. Z73228220 weighed 2k.g. at the address. VECTOR E-COMMERCE Pvt. Ltd.,DEV NIWAS , K-2 BLOCK,KHASRA NO. 819, MAHIPALPUR, behind APRA MARUTI SHOWROOM,NEW DELHI-110037..in which 3 of the items are refunded of Rs.3312.12 ,,and one of the item with the order no. 97535302 & return id.10395890 of Rs. 961 MYNTRA is claiming to be not RECEIVED at the address,, i have called many times to the MYNTRA customer care and also sent the receiving details of courier items. but they are not responding properly & not giving my cahback.u can contact
