I placed an order online at www.fabcouture.in on 18th december (order no. 100000343) and paid an amount of Rs. 5500/- online via payumoney. However i got to know that the product which was listed as “in stock” on their site was not available even by 26th december, due to which i cancelled the order and requested them to initiate a refund on the same day (via phone as well as email). i was assured that the amount would be refunded within 7 days.
However i have not received a refund till now, i wrote an email to them twice at [email protected] but i haven’t received a reply till now.
