Let me tell you the whole story…
This shit started on 15th of October. I faced charging Jeck issue in my Yuphoria. I called Yu and asked them for replacement of my phone. They said it will take hardly 15 days to replace my phone and i packed my phone in the box on the same day i called Yu. They commited that it will take hardly 15 days but they take almost 2 months -_- . I got my replacement device on 19th of December but not at home. I visited after to delhivery office after waiting for long on 19th December and they said me that we received your package on 14th of December due to heavy loads and said me to come next day. I said them that i can’t come again tomorrow please give me my replacement today and they said okay then find your shipment yourself. It taked me almost 3 hours to find my replacement and when i reached home i opened the box and i got surprised,because they gave me Yureka Plus. Now i don’t have its battery and then i called in Yu office again and they said if u want to use Yureka Plus then you can but if u want to replace then i will forward your issue of replacement again. I said them that i want to purchase battery now because you guys take too much time for replacement. They generated Jobsheet in next 2 days. But till today they did not even dispatched my battery and they are saying yesterday that it will take hardly 11 days more to deliver battery to you but did you guys really think that the company who gave me replacement of my phone after 2 months will give me my battery delivered in 11 days now. I am really frustrated and i have no phone to use from October. Please help me if there are any senior of Yu in giving my battery fast :'( . I am really tired by calling and mailing continuously to Yu . I am from JAMMU

Please provide me correct contact number ur website because there have so many number But when I call those number that all number is wrong..I want to talk consumer forum parson for my complain.
