I had requested for a service relocation of the broadband on Dec 23rd within the same premises – All they had to do was to shift from one door no to another which is like 300m apart. That had informed me that the TAT for this was usually 4 days. I had called them again on 27th December asking for an update and they said they are doing some wiring and it will be done by 29th December . I called them on 29th and they said that there is some cable issue and will be fixed by 31st December . Called them on 31st December and the Customer service representative was not sure on what was going on and I had asked home to connect to the supervisor . One Mrs. Nandita had told me there is no update regarding this from the back end team – and she said she will get an update in 4 hours – After questioning her the delay of 4 hours just to give an update she agreed to call back with in 30 minutes annd said it will take 2 to 3 more days! This is the worst customer service ever – thou guys suck big time . I have been using Airtel for the past 3 years and this is how they treat there customer – they are enjoying the monopoly in this area – but if they continue to give such shitty experience to the customer in no time they will come down- The top management should take a note of this! I have decided to discontinue my service and new entrants like TIKONA or ACT NETFiber is worth a try!
